await!**Job Description:*** Handling all day-to-day shipping functions including packaging, labeling and communicating with freight forwarders for pickups.* Creating the documentation required for export compliance.* Receiving and processing production, expense, RMA (returned material), and virtual items.* Participating in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.* Monitoring key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.* Evaluating problems and making initial recommendations for possible corrective action.* Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.**Requirements/Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED.* US Person (ITAR requirement).* 5 years of experience in warehousing / shipping / receiving / distribution including knowledge of UPS and FedEx online shipping system.* International and freight forwarding shipping experience. Familiarity with export regulations. Possesses dangerous goods certification or willing to get certified. Experience filing with AES for international shipments.* Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).* Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50+ lbs.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to adhere to schedules, follow instructions and work independently.* Attention to detail and accuracy.U.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
