Blender Operator Job Description As a Blender Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety and quality standards while ensuring that our production lines run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include operating blending equipment, monitoring product quality, and adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. You will be an integral part of our mission to ensure customer satisfaction by producing and maintaining juice quality.

Responsibilities

Comply with food safety, food security, Quality, GMP's, HAACP, and Allergen regulations.

Obtain certification for operating all blending equipment.

Ensure the quality and integrity of products based on specifications.

Duplicate and communicate safety and good manufacturing practices.

Essential Skills

Experience in manufacturing and production environments.

Ability to perform heavy lifting.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in math and batch record keeping.

Knowledge of food safety, quality, and GMP practices.

Experience with batch mixing, compounding, blending, and filtration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in fast-moving packaged goods or beverage production preferred.

Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc. preferred.

Certification may be required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Solid comprehension of production schedules and laboratory testing.

Understanding of quality improvement, efficiency increases, and yield improvement.

Able to routinely lift 60lbs and work in high-stress environments.

Sound general knowledge of mathematical skills such as measurements and formulas.s.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
