About the Position We are looking for a
Housing & Fleet Manager
to join our team in Medford, Oregon. The Housing & Fleet Manager will manage the operations of the CCS properties as assigned, including leasing units, facilitating rental agreements, maintaining complete and accurate property files, managing rental subsidy programs, and coordinating with local and public housing authorities to identify landlords with available Section 8 eligible housing. The role requires knowledge of Federal Fair Housing and ADA rules, landlord‑tenant regulations, ORS & OAR’s, and related compliance.
Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day)
What You’ll Make $6,000–$7,050 per month
DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You’ll Need Must have:
Ba‑chlor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
A current Oregon Property Management License
Three to Five (3–5) years of relevant experience working with affordable housing and property & fleet management
Additional Qualifications:
Wide knowledge of low‑income housing/tax‑credit (LIHTC) and HUD programs (project‑based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA)
Experience with USDA‑Rural Development (USDA‑RD 515), HCD, home funds, and bonds
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver’s license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may also require occasionally using ladders, kneeling/squatting, using basic tools, performing minimal cleaning tasks, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds.
Per OAR 309‑035‑0135, Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.
