Andrews & Cole has an opportunity for an Interim Accountant, with potential for conversion to employee, for a small but well established professional services firm serving a variety of industries globally.
Accountant will handle
Payroll processing,
Accounts Payable invoice coding, approval and payment,
Accounts Receivable billing, collections and aging,
Travel & Expense management,
Bank reconciliations
Interim role requires
strong understanding of accounting principles/debits and credits
ability to think critically and work through problems independently
attention to detail.
Requires
BA in accounting, finance, or related discipline with accounting courses
2+ years of experience being a hands on accountant at a company of similar size (~30M in revenue, 60 employees)
Strong understanding of accounting principles/debits and credits and ability to think critically with attention to detail.
Experience with Unanet's architecture & engineering module or similar software
Experience with ADP Payroll, Concur and Navan software systems
