Are you currently working at a dry cleaning store and enjoy everything you do except working directly with customers? We have a role that will be a great fit! We are seeking team members experienced at marking in (detail-ing) garments that would like to be able to focus on that, uninterrupted by phones, waiting on customers or putting away orders.
Working Hours
The department operates Monday – Sunday (Saturdays off).
Full‑time: Day shift (10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.), 3–4 days a week.
Part‑time: Evening shift (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.), number of days tailored to your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer items into the POS system with accuracy.
Follow established procedures to prepare items for processing.
Collaborate with Customer Care team to meet customer expectations.
Contribute individually to ensure the smooth and timely operation of our organization.
Requirements
Reliable transportation available 100% of the time.
Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software with company‑provided training. SPOT software experience a +.
Dedication to providing excellent customer care through a willingness to follow established procedures.
The ability to focus on meeting quantity and quality of work KPIs.
