Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsible for maintaining parts stock and fulfilling customer and technician parts requests. Ability to read parts manuals/schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts. Determine needs of customers and technicians as well as identify parts and check availability. Sourcing parts through various established approved networks. Tracking and maintaining parts inventory. Answering incoming calls and emails and from customers and resolving any issues. Working with internal departments to resolve shipping/billing discrepancies, returns, etc. Strong customer service skills. Ability to lift 75 pounds without assistance.
