Executive Assistant To The Corporate Vice President Of Microsoft Ai Marketing

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Microsoft AI Marketing provides high-level administrative support to ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced, global environment. This Executive Assistant role focuses on managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating travel, preparing executive briefing materials, and handling confidential information with discretion. Acting as a trusted partner, the EA anticipates needs, enables the CVP to focus on strategic priorities, and ensures flawless execution of day-to-day activities. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Legal, gaining exposure to Microsoft's AI-driven marketing transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve conflicts to optimize executive time.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Operational Support: Assist with the rhythm of business activities, including leadership meetings and quarterly reviews.
  • Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high standards of integrity.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • 7+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience serving as mentor or direct/indirect (e.g., team leader) supervisor to others.
  • 5+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.84 - $66.30 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $44.81 - $72.69 per hour.
