End User Device Supervisor (Finance) Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, 100% onsite position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and develop assigned staff, including coaching, skills development, and knowledge transfer.
Promote a collaborative, professional, and continuous‑improvement team focused environment.
Dive into implementations, upgrades and troubleshooting.
Engage with tools and technical support for data analysis and visualization.
Be involved with opportunities to extract, analyze and communicate data at all organizational levels.
Provide leading edge and adaptable technical solutions.

Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree) – Required
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field – Strongly Preferred
Work Experience
3 years relevant experience – Required
5 years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting – Preferred
Experience supervising staff – Strongly Preferred
Experience supporting business, clinical, non‑clinical and ancillary systems in a 24x7 healthcare setting – Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Professional certifications such as A+, MCS, MCSE, ITIL – Preferred
