Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment.
Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as infection control protocols.
Requirements:
Current LPN license.
Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
