Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee unit operations, ensuring exceptional resident care.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative team environment.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Maintain compliance with regulations and infection control standards.

Requirements:

Active RN license

Leadership experience or a desire to advance into a leadership role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
