Spanish Interpreter The Spanish Interpreter is responsible for providing assistance with both written and verbal translation and interpretation. This position will assist in the hiring process, performance management process, team meetings, training sessions, emergency and other situations where interpretation is required.

Primary Job Functions

Interpret verbal communications between English and Spanish in orientation, training, team meetings and other opportunities that require interpretation.

Translate written communications into Spanish for Operations, Distribution Center and other areas as needed.

Provide interpretation support for the interviewing and hiring process of candidates that speak Spanish, such as conducting interviews, providing tours, making offers of employment, administering the pre‑employment test, etc.
