Job Overview & Essential Functions Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck Dealership and Leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Bodymen. The role of the Bodymen is to perform heavy‑duty body repair under general supervision, receiving on‑the‑job training in a development program to achieve Body Journeyman status.
Perform and/or assist in the performance of general bodywork duties.
Work on major components with close supervision.
Perform trouble shooting on minor problems.
Attend training sessions and meetings.
Advise the Shop Foreman if additional repair work is necessary.

Any person performing the position while under the influence of marijuana or any other illegal drug may constitute a threat to health or safety or in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, aircraft, motorized watercraft, or motor vehicles or handling of hazardous materials and/or waste as part of the job duties.
Qualifications
CDL preferred.
Minimum of three years hand on experience and on the job training in a related body shop field.
Graduate of vocational course or experience and training equivalent.
Must have a positive can do attitude.
Must have a commitment to perform quality repairs.
Must have necessary tools required to perform position responsibilities.
