Details Duration: 01.03.2026 - 31.08.2026 Location: Offshore, 2 weeks on 4 weeks off rotation
Assignment Description Safety coach supporting modification work, integrated into the offshore organization for the duration of the high activity period and reporting to the OIM but also with a link and reporting line into the project organization.
Ensure that the company's strategies, plans and control systems are understood and are being followed up in an active manner with a particular focus on health, safety, safety and quality (HSEQ), operational efficiency and safety; time and cost awareness.
Safety Coach in collaboration with technicians, management, project and the support organization on land, will contribute to a safe, efficient and solution-oriented execution of work. The Safety Coach shall be integrated into the offshore organization through planning, execution and supervision of activities, including through cooperation with third parties and suppliers.
