Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.

Travel areas are based on project workload and may change. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for Realty Project Coach roles; time traveling is not paid.
Salary The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business or related field.
1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
