Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track, and embrace the travel required by the role.

Travel areas are based on project workload and may change. You will be based at a home store and travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Travel time is not paid.
Salary The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, *or* 3 years of experience in those areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business or related field.
1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
Project Management–Professional Certification.
