The Concierge is a key ambassador of the Hawks Cay Resort experience, providing highly personalized, anticipatory service to guests. This role is responsible for creating memorable stays by arranging bespoke experiences, offering expert local knowledge, and ensuring every guest request is handled with discretion, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements Deliver personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, excursions, spa services, and cultural experiences Coordinate reservations, transportation, private tours, and special events Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored services and experiences Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and service providers Handle guest concerns or issues with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and request logs Uphold resort standards for luxury service, confidentiality, and brand presentation Collaborate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service
Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort concierge or guest services role preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural offerings Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Discretion, professionalism, and a polished personal presentation Proficiency in property management systems and concierge tools Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage
