A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future The Customer Care Representative at Lennar is a critical link between homebuyers and trade partners to conduct final orientations, diagnose, schedule and complete warranty service work. The position requires maintaining positive homeowner relations, coordinating repair work, and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided. Your Role on the Team
Schedule and oversee repairs, ensuring completion within specified timeframes. Maintain service request logs and documentation of all work performed. Evaluate performance of trade partners and materials, reporting back to management. Participate in department meetings and emergency on-call rotation schedules. Your Toolbox
High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction field preferred. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Some office work may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 50 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle. Benefits
