AEO Powersports is seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused
Parts Manager
to lead our Parts Department in
Murrieta, California —located right in the center of Southern California’s dirt bike hotbed.
With year-round riding, local tracks and trails, and a constant flow of passionate riders, our counter never slows down. Add to that the credibility of our top-level Supercross team, and you’ll be running a department trusted by everyday riders and elite professionals alike.

Position Overview The Parts Manager oversees daily parts operations—including inventory, retail sales, service department support, and customer interaction. You’ll work closely with technicians, vendors, and riders to make sure every part, accessory, and upgrade lands where it needs to be.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Parts Department daily operations and staff
Oversee inventory control, stocking levels, and vendor relationships
Support the Service Department with timely parts ordering and delivery
Maintain organized stockroom, displays, and merchandising areas
Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, on the phone, and online
Develop parts sales strategies and track departmental performanceWork closely with Sales and Service to support overall dealership success
Represent AEO’s racing-level standards of professionalism and accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing a powersports, motorcycle, or automotive parts department
Strong understanding of dirt bikes and off-road parts & accessories
Ability to lead a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
Vendor and ordering experience (OEM + aftermarket preferred)
Passion for motorcycles, racing, and the powersports lifestyle
