We’re Looking for an “A” Player The Marketing Operations & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for turning marketing strategy into execution. This role owns planning, coordination, and delivery across campaigns, launches, events, and internal communications, ensuring work ships on time and with clear accountability.

This role is essential for scale, consistency, and operational discipline.

Primary Responsibilities Campaign & Launch Execution

Manage timelines, checklists, and deliverables for campaigns and launches

Own go-to-market execution plans and QA processes

Ensure campaigns move from concept to launch smoothly

Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as the primary coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success

Build and maintain campaign calendars and launch schedules

Ensure teams have the right information at the right time

Internal Communications Infrastructure

Own campaign briefs, GTM documents, and enablement timelines

Coordinate messaging delivery to Sales and Customer Success

Support the creation of repeatable communication workflows

Event Management

Own logistics and execution for B2B events and webinars

Coordinate vendors, schedules, and follow-up plans

Partner with freelancers or agencies as needed

Agency & Vendor Coordination

Manage timelines and deliverables with external partners

Ensure agency work aligns with internal strategy and priorities

Track progress and flag risks early

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or project management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Must be located in Iowa

Nice to Haves

B2B SaaS or complex sales-cycle experience

Familiarity with HubSpot

Event coordination experience
