We are now looking for a talented Marketing Officer (Research & Evaluation) for our Retail Marketing Department. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Research & Evaluation, you will be responsible for evaluating marketing performance and analyzing market trends for our retail malls business, as well as managing research projects and collaborating with partners for effective project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate the marketing performance of our malls

Analyse the latest market trends which are impacting our retail malls business

Manage research data and big data tools to drive business insights for growthManage research projects and vendors

Consolidate regular and ad hoc reports to update senior management

Maintain centralised marketing database and knowledge resources for retail portfolio

Consolidate actionable insights and facilitate MOs strategic direction

Work with internal business units and external parties including agencies and vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects

Perform additional duties as assigned, commensurate with the position.

REQUIREMENTS

3-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, market research, or consumer insights within an in‑house or agency setting

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences or related fields

Proficiency in business analysis and market research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) for data handling and reporting. Experience with data tools and familiarity with SQL, Python, or other querying languages is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Knowledge of Generative AI applications in marketing or analytics is a strong plus

Industry experience in retail, consumer goods, property management, hospitality, or shopping mall sectors is preferred

Functional experience in CRM & marketing / sales evaluation is preferred

Work exposure to Chinese Mainland's retail / consumer / property industries is preferred
