Pay:
$73–$80/hour to start Duration:
12-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Work Location:
Fully remote Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project procurement activities, including RFP development, supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and purchase order management for large CAPEX projects. Partner with engineering, project management, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective sourcing aligned with project schedules and procurement policies. Manage supplier performance and commercial outcomes, track savings and KPIs, maintain procurement documentation, and close contracts through project completion. Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. 5+ years of related procurement experience required. Proven experience supporting CAPEX projects required. Demonstrated end-to-end procurement experience required. Strong background in contracting, negotiations, and stakeholder management required. Experience with e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, SAP) and purchasing systems (e.g., Coupa) required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry required. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly preferred.
