Role Description This is a full-time Associate Attorney position in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on the following matters:
Represent clients in various immigration matters, including family-based petitions, humanitarian applications (U visa, VAWA, SIJS), asylum applications, and removal defense.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including applications, briefs, and memoranda.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their cases.
Attend court hearings, interviews, and other proceedings on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and preparation.
Stay updated on immigration law changes and trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
Experience handling immigration matters and strong knowledge of immigration law
Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish is Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school/Admission to practice law in the United States
