We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success in maintaining precise records. About Ford Hotel Supply Co. General Ledger/Banking/Other Duties Accurate preparation of journal entries Balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations Reconciliation of credit card statements to receipts Provide support on various ad-hoc projects Communication with other company departments, customers and vendors regarding accounting related issues Assist in handling incoming telephone calls Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Abilities/Experience/Education Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Excel to navigate and maintain spreadsheets Able to work on-site, in a shared work space Associate's degree in Accounting, or minimum of two years related accounting experience.
