Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Handle invoicing for three warehouses accurately and efficiently. Process customer payments. Review and process credit applications; conduct credit reference checks. Accounts Payable Enter and verify invoices against inventory records. Assist in the preparation of payment runs. General Accounting Support Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Provide support in maintaining records for the Accounting Manager.
