Accounting Clerk

Beacon Hill is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a client in the Denver Tech Center. This position is designed as a temporary role with the intention of transitioning the successful candidate into a permanent role based on performance and alignment with organizational goals. This role is 100% onsite in the Denver Tech Center.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments and manage accounts.
• Handle invoices and vendor payments across locations.
• Build strong vendor and department relationships.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee vendor setup and maintain compliance records.
• Improve AP/AR processes

Required Experience:

• 2 years of AP/AR or Accounting experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Basic Excel skills
