Inside Sales Representative (Sales) We’re hiring Inside Sales Representatives for our Business Development Center located at our corporate HQ in Cleveland. Inside Sales Representatives contact prospective clients through cold calling to generate new sales & revenue.

What do Inside Sales Representatives do?

Prospect new business and handle the complete sales process from cold call, to contract, to ongoing client development.

Speak with decision makers to present our staffing solutions.

Daily cold calling (80-100 leads per day) and conduct virtual meetings with potential clients.

Propose constructive solutions to fit the clients’ wants/needs.

Drive B2B staffing sales, new market prospecting, and communicate with prospective clients.

About the Opportunity

Base pay plus uncapped commission structure and performance incentives.

Open territories – you can call within your assigned region.
