Your Role As an
Account Manager , you’ll take ownership of a robust client roster and:
Strengthen client relationships by driving platform utilization through tailored strategies and campaigns.
Develop and execute annual strategic plans linking Thnks to measurable business objectives.
Identify and seize opportunities for account expansion across teams, regions, and divisions.
Utilize data-driven insights to maintain and grow financial projections, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.
Act as a thought leader, delivering innovative solutions, including custom campaigns, price promotions, and participation in events or conferences.
Collaborate across revenue functions, including Marketing and Sales, to enhance client success and engagement.
Represent Thnks in face-to-face meetings to deepen client partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience:
2 - 5 years in client success or account management roles, preferably in B2B environments.
Relationship Building Skills:
Demonstrated ability to foster trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Thinker:
Ability to link client goals to actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
Data-Driven Mindset:
Comfortable analyzing data and generating insights to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

Your Role
Own and execute customer‑facing integrations.
Design, build, and maintain integrations with HRIS, CRM, and People Operations systems.
Configure workflows, automations, and triggers using tools like n8n, Zapier, Merge, and custom API connectors.
Troubleshoot customer issues with clarity, empathy, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Serve as a trusted technical partner during onboarding for integration work.
Prototype & experiment during product discovery: work closely with Product to design and build functional prototypes that validate new ideas, rapidly test hypotheses using lightweight technical approaches, translate validated prototypes into clear requirements for our engineering team.
Support the development lifecycle: collaborate with external engineering team to scale prototypes and integrations into production‑ready features, contribute technical context during sprint planning and product discussions, write maintainable code in the best‑fit language for each integration or prototype (Rails experience a plus), produce technical documentation, sequence diagrams, and API specs to support productization.
Drive operational excellence: build internal tools and automations that reduce manual work across the organization, assist with internal system connections and admin‑level configuration (without owning full IT infrastructure), help shape the future of our integration platform and partner ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Engineer:
5–7 years in product engineering, integrations engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles.
Strong Coder:
Proficiency in one or more modern languages (Typescript/Node, Python, Go, etc.).
Technical Depth:
Comfortable writing SQL, designing APIs, working with OAuth, webhooks, event‑driven architectures, and modern integration frameworks.
Integration Builder:
Proven experience building integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
Clear Communicator:
