About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in SaaS, is looking for a skilled GTM Data Analyst to join their team for a 4-6 month engagement. This project involves designing, building, and scaling internal data products that power Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, resourcing, segmentation, and performance visibility. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Own end-to-end data product development—from business requirements and technical design to build, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.
Partner with GTM teams (Planning, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Finance) to translate ambiguous business questions into clear data requirements and analytical frameworks.
Develop scalable pipelines and models in SQL/Snowflake to support territory design, capacity planning, coverage models, segmentation, and forecasting workflows.
Build intuitive dashboards and self-serve assets in Tableau that increase operational visibility and reduce ad-hoc requests.
Perform rigorous testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability across all GTM data products.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in a similar GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations role.
Deep expertise in SQL (Snowflake), Tableau, and the Salesforce data model. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
Experience with translating complex business processes into data structures, including operational edge cases and exception logic.
Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
