In collaboration with Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury brand, this project unites visionary cuisine and luxury hospitality to deliver an immersive, world-class gastronomic experience.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the
Restaurant Chef de Cuisine
who will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site. This position supports the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen.
This position is ranked as Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years work experience as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants.
Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
