The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the
Pastry Chef
who will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of a café in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off‑site. This position supports the Executive Chef in managing the pastry kitchen and preparing high‑quality bakery products.
This position is ranked as Manager level.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years work experience in Pastry Kitchen in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high‑end standalone restaurants.
