Location: Wichita
Non‑remote position
Monday through Friday
$19‑22 per hour
40‑hour work week – typically 7 am to 4:30 pm, but may extend to 5:00 pm.
About the role As an Assembler, you will assemble from the individual component level to a high‑quality finished product and conduct final testing on a variety of aircraft instruments and avionics for the best customers worldwide. We have high manufacturing standards to achieve perfect function, providing the customer with innovative, reliable, quality products. To be successful, you’ll need great aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical work and a strong appreciation for accuracy. You’ll be an important part of the process that keeps our customers flying!
Responsibilities
Assembly from component level to finished aircraft instruments and avionics.
Final testing of assembled products.
Use of hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
Maintain high manufacturing standards and accuracy.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two‑year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
Minimum one year of experience assembling avionic equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters.
Proficient with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
Demonstrated understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics.
Strong attention to detail, organized, focused, and results‑oriented.
Problem‑solving with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred (not required)
Proficiency in PCB soldering (training will be provided if needed).
Physical and Working Environment
Repetitive tasks.
Good eye‑hand coordination.
Occasional lift and carry up to 50 lb independently.
Constant handling, feeling, and manipulation of small objects.
Use of small tools such as screwdrivers, tweezers, and wire cutters.
Estimated Pay Estimated Min Rate : $15.40 Estimated Max Rate : $22.00
