Origin Travel Nurses
Days 7A-7P, with weekend requirements and on-call shifts.
Job Description
The competent Nurse practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. Provides routine and complex care, focusing on long-range goals. A nurse in this role continues to develop skills necessary to manage clinical nursing contingencies while making appropriate assignments and delegating tasks to other care providers. Responsibilities
Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA only). RN License in the state of New Mexico or compact state. Why ARMStaffing?
