NFI North is a seeking a Second Shift Supervisor for one of our Specialized Residential Homes in Newport NH.
This program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.
Responsibilities: Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shift. Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations. Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift. This position is a member of the management team and has on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years’ experience with client population and one year supervisory/management experience.
