We are seeking Shift Supervisors for one of our Specialized Residential Homes in Boscawen, NH. This program enhances our continuum of care for adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.
Responsibilities
Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for the designated shift.
Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.
Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift.
Serve as a member of the management team and have on‑call responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience with the client population.
At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
