Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Colonial Heights, VA team. RBTs provide direct ABA therapy services to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills while supporting families every step of the way. Services may be delivered across multiple settings depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and document accurate session data
Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Participate in clinical supervision and training
Communicate professionally with caregivers and team members
Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Requirements Required
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or higher
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate work style
Ability to follow clinical direction
Preferred
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs
Prior ABA therapy experience

$22–$27 per hour (experience-dependent)
