Position Expectations:
Set up, run, and optimize CNC machining operations for efficiency and accuracy
Program new parts using GibbsCAM
Design and build fixtures using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Support and oversee production operators during runs
Work with tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standards
Assist with in-process and final inspections, documentation, and quality checks
Help with routine machine maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
Adapt quickly to new parts, processes, and production demands
All other job duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and CNC machining experience
Ability to set up and optimize existing production jobs
Comfort working with tight tolerances and precision components
Solid math skills and experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Self‑starter mindset with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and grow with new technologies and processes
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality
Schedule & Compensation:
4x10s — enjoy three‑day weekends every week!
Monday–Thursday, 6:30 am–5:00 pm
