University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in St. Clair Shores, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well‑being through personalized and attentive support. This case is 40 hours a week, 3 times a day. Starting time can be flexible. You can go early morning or mid/late afternoons.
Responsibilities
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during home visits.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in St. Clair Shores, MI.
