Clinical Care Coordinator Job Summary : A Clinical Coordinator at CBI provides clinical and administrative supervision, oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialists on an assigned team. The Coordinator ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded, and oversees the development and implementation of assessments and treatment plans for each client on their team.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or a combination of education, training, and/or experience.
At least 1 year of experience working with the SMI population, with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse.
At least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
Ability to pass a criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a 39‑month clear MVR.
Completion of Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training.
