Now hiring for the Evening Shift (3p-11p) What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
Record and escape any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
Dignified character that models recovery principles
Where You’ll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93-bed residential facility which offers drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Newly remodeled, fresh and inviting, our expansive building brings all services under one roof and gives clients a five-star experience as they begin their recovery. Our unparalleled medical and clinical team are on call 24/7 to respond to every need, and consistently provide care in the most dignified and compassionate manner possible. The atmosphere - created by staff and clients alike - is one of acceptance, hope, and healing, and contributes greatly to each client's recovery.
