Now Hiring for the Day Shift (7a‑3p) We’re expanding our team for the day shift. Join us and help deliver excellent care.
What You’ll Do
Provide day‑to‑day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
Record and expedite any critical communication or incident in a timely manner
Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred
Minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety if you are in recovery
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
Dignified character that models recovery principles
Where You’ll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93‑bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Newly remodeled, fresh and inviting, our expansive building brings all services under one roof and provides clients a five‑star experience as they begin their recovery. Our medical and clinical team is on call 24/7 to respond to every need, consistently providing dignified and compassionate care.
