Asphalt Crew Laborer
(Full‑Time).
Location: 2401 S. Broadway Ave., Moore, OK 73160, USA.
Responsibilities
Rake/shovel asphalt in construction area.
Assist in patching asphalt with hot/cold mix.
Maintain a clean job site: pick up tools and equipment and secure the site each day.
Material handling and storage.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Assist craft workers.
Asphalt Laborer/Operator Skills
Familiarity with equipment such as bobcat, front‑end loader, paver, tractor and screed.
Detail‑oriented with strong team spirit.
Ability to measure work area accurately.
Qualifications
Physical ability to stand for long periods, and to bend and crouch.
Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.
Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas.
Adaptable to changes in work environment; frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Attendance/punctuality: consistently at work and on time, ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.
Must be able to work overtime when required.
