Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff Educating patients and families on treatment plans and wellness strategies Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse (RN)
Active RN License Experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting preferred but not required Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Benefits & Perks
