POSITION SUMMARY:Position is responsible for operating production machine equipment such as Blenders, Mixers, and other equipment as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Interpret daily production schedule• Operate assigned production equipment per product specifications• Determine equipment adjustments and material requirements• Compile and record production data and reports on volume of production• Prepare equipment for production and test runsPerform troubleshooting and preventing maintenance • Operate and observe equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunction, and measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy • Ensure work area is clean at all times• Record keeping and attention to detail• Ensure work area is clean at all time• Follow department standardsPhysical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationREQUIREMENTS:

• 3-Month Operator experience must be listed in job history• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds repeatedly during shift• Some areas must require repetitive lifting up to 75 pounds during Shift• Must stand on hard concrete floors for up to 10 hours per day• Must work in cold/hot temperatures ranging from 40-75 degrees on a routine basis• Must work in wet and/or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas.• Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, and pinching, climbing stairs and/or ladders• Use of Personal Protective Equipment• Wet and/or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas• Position will require Lock Out Tag Out certification.

• Knowledge of basic food processing compliance, FDA, USDA, and EPA is preferred.
