Job Details Shift: F Shift Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 1730 to 0400 (12‑hour shift).
Hourly Pay: $22.30.
Safety: All team members are expected to practice safety standards; PPE and boot reimbursement are provided after probationary period.
Responsibilities
Work shift of 12 hours, fast pace, willing to move around the work area, bend, squat, lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
Follow all Tyson policies and safety guidelines.
Use handheld scanner to track products across the facility.
May perform other job duties as needed.
Sub‑duties (may be required to work any or all of these positions):
Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using PIT.
Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking; may be required to palletize or split pallets.
Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces.
Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders.
Loader – Loads trucks with product efficiently to avoid damage or loss.
Requirements
12 months stand‑up forklift experience within last 3 years.
Cold storage experience or warehousing preferred.
Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and maintain a sense of balance.
May use corrective lenses if vision problems.
May be provided PPE for hearing protection if needed.
Must pass post‑offer health assessment and drug screening.
Physical Requirements Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Environment
Drive PIT trucks, stand‑up forklifts, and reach trucks for extended times in damp and cold environments; temperatures ranging from -5 to 30°F (up to 12 hours).
Provided freezer suit, hearing protection, gloves, and headwear as part of PPE.
Must wear steel or composite toe boots conforming to ANSI rated 75lbs or more PSI, with slip‑resistant sole that covers ankles.
Drive stand‑up Crown PIT forklifts and reach trucks; may be trained on Cherry picker for additional tasks.
Standing or walking up to 100% of the time.

Proficiency in reading and writing.
Ability to complete on‑the‑job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
