OrthoNC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing Therapy Team in our Forest Pines Physical Therapy Office. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative environment. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized, high-quality care in a one-on-one patient care model with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Our clinic fosters a collaborative environment where therapists work closely with PTAs, Athletic Trainers, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients, including post-op and total joint replacements.
Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities based on evidence-based practice.
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment as needed, and document care using Athena EMR.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home exercises, and post-op care.
Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, ATs, and staff to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in staff meetings, clinical education, and quality improvement efforts.
Foster a positive, professional clinic environment with a focus on patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina
Strong clinical skills in orthopedic outpatient care and manual therapy
Shoulder post-op experience preferred
Quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
Passionate about teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care
Comfortable taking initiative, delegating tasks, and adapting to fast-paced settings
A genuine interest in working with post-operative orthopedic patients, especially total joint replacements
