Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Care Marketer to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that will drive growth and increase our market share in the home health care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home health care services

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth

Create and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and other referral sources

Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other promotional activities

Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients

Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content and social media platforms

Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity

Develop and maintain a marketing budget

Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to management

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health care

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

Strong understanding of the home health care industry and its regulatory environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools
