Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic marketing plans to promote our mission, programs, and fundraising events
Execute targeted awareness campaigns across print, digital, email, and social media channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
Lead the development of flyers, brochures, toolkits, and promotional content
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
Track and report key digital engagement metrics to improve reach and performance
Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers
Respond to media inquiries and develop press releases or media kits as needed
Promote giving campaigns and community events through strategic communications
Work alongside the Community Outreach team to align messaging with local partnerships and grassroots initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy
Strong writing and content development skills
Ability to lead strategy while also managing execution
Passion for maternal health, mental wellness, or family-centered nonprofit work
Preferred
Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations
Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite
Graphic design or content marketing background a plus
