Job Description
Handle complex mass torts, insurance, and consumer litigation cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Assist in business development efforts, including client pitches and presentations.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in every aspect of the role.

The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
Proven expertise in mass torts, insurance, and consumer litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service in the professional services industry.
