We’re looking for a

high‑energy Full-Time Area Manager

to drive regional sales success for our global client,

Dyson . In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and develop a remote team of

Hairstyling Beauty Advisors

across your assigned U.S. territory—ensuring top‑tier execution in training, sales performance, and retailer relationships.

As the Beauty Area Manager, you’ll partner closely with ActionLink’s Dyson Account Director and both field and client leaders to hit KPIs, review business trends, and fuel continuous improvement. We are seeking someone who lives for beauty trends, loves leading people, and gets excited about delivering standout results!

Role Highlights

Lead

flawless execution of all ActionLink and Dyson field strategies

Inspire and inform

Beauty Advisors and retail partners on key initiatives

Drive

compliance standards and consistently hit all KPIs, including:

Sell‑thru performance

Market share growth

Recommendation rate goals

Merchandising excellence

Build

sales plans, track trends, and outperform competitors

Strengthen relationships

with field reps and store leadership

Use reporting and analytics

to boost sales and expand category share

Deliver

dynamic trainings, demos, and presentations to diverse audiences

Support

recruiting efforts through networking, events, and referrals

Coach, develop, and manag e field team performance—celebrate wins and address gaps

Shar e in‑field insights with Regional Managers to improve processes

Review

and monitor all field call reports

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience

Essential Experience and Skills

Beauty expertise

— a cosmetology license is a plus

Leadership strength

— 2+ years managing remote teams; district or multi‑unit experience preferred

Retail know‑how

— strong understanding of retail environments, multi‑store operations, and product execution

People leadership

— ability to motivate, coach, and performance‑manage diverse teams

Business savvy

— sharp analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making skills

Relationship builder

— connects confidently with partners at all levels

Clear communicator & strong presenter

— excels in written, verbal, and live presentations

Highly organized

— detail‑driven with great time management and follow‑through

— proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work Environment

Office and retail store environments. Home office space with high-speed internet connectivity and a phone is required.

Ability to travel extensively - up to 75% of the time including overnights

Must maintain a

valid driver’s license

and meet ActionLink’s requirements for

corporate car rental

Comfortable being

on the move , including sitting or standing for extended periods

Able to work with

standard office and technology equipment
