We are currently seeking a reliable Front Desk Associate to support our front‑of‑house and administrative operations in San Antonio.
Position Overview The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors. This role is responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, supporting reservations and event coordination, and assisting with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries
Assist with reservations, bookings, and event‑related questions
Maintain accurate records of guest and client information
Coordinate with event, service, and management teams as needed
Follow company policies and customer service standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Schedule & Compensation
Employment type: Full‑time.
Schedule: Typically Monday‑Friday
Compensation: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime opportunities during peak event periods
